Beautiful Bugs
A book designed with the intention of communicating the beautiful truth about insects. Each page dove into the seven most common types of insects and explored their purpose and natural beauty. The Comba typeface became a big inspiration as I walked through creating forms that felt bug like. The color choice for this book came from my personal fascination with risographs. The color while abstract also honored the unique attributes and color we often see in insects.
